We are currently waiting for our revised "Lawful Development Certificate for Existing Use" application to be validated by Teignbridge District Council and appear on their planning pages.

A huge thank you to Base Planning Consultants for all their hard work helping us get to this point.

Once this is live, we'll be putting the word out to get as many people as possible who have ridden at Cafeside over the years to post their comments and support. Let Teignbridge know how long you've been riding and what Cafeside means to you and the MTB community.

The revised CLUED application will give us the official recognition of Cafeside as a mountain bike trail centre. Once this application is complete, we'll likely be re-submitting our original application for the car park and will need your fantastic letters of support etc. once more...
